Se taie rondele sub\u021biri \u015fi se amestec\u0103 \u00eentr-un bol cu l\u0103m\u00e2ia, uleiul de m\u0103sline \u015fi se asezoneaz\u0103 cu sare, dup\u0103 gust.<\/p>\n<p>Hreanul se rade pe r\u0103z\u0103toarea mic\u0103 \u015fi se pune peste sfecl\u0103 \u00een bol \u015fi se amestec\u0103. Se serve\u015fte ca salat\u0103, aperitiv sau ca garnitur\u0103 la friptur\u0103 sau piure de cartofi.
