A lucrat aproape 25 de ani la PRO TV ca reporter, realizator \u0219i moderator TV, produc\u0103tor, corespondent de r\u0103zboi, prezentator, trainer, dar \u0219i sales manager (2004-2005). A intrat apoi \u00een politic\u0103, devenind primar la C\u00e2mpulung, iar acum lupt\u0103 \u00een cursa pentru Pre\u0219edin\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Re\u021beta de pr\u0103jitur\u0103 cu ciocolat\u0103 \u0219i coniac care i-a adus Elenei Lasconi trofeul MasterChef<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen 2013, Elena Lasconi, pe atunci jurnalist\u0103 la Pro TV, a c\u00e2\u0219tigat emisiunea \u201eMasterChef \u2013 Proba Celebrit\u0103\u021bii&#8217;, dovedind abilit\u0103\u021bi culinare remarcabile. O re\u021bet\u0103 de pr\u0103jitur\u0103 cu ciocolat\u0103, meri\u0219oare \u0219i coniac i-a adus marele trofeu, c\u00e2t \u0219i premiul pus \u00een joc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAm topit 250 de grame de ciocolat\u0103 neagr\u0103, 200 de grame de unt cu 80 la sut\u0103 gr\u0103sime pe bain-marie, \u00een care am ad\u0103ugat \u0219i trei linguri de piper roz. C\u00e2nd s-a omogenizat, am luat compozi\u021bia de pe abur, am strecurat-o ca s\u0103 elimin piperul \u0219i am l\u0103sat compozi\u021bia s\u0103 se domoleasc\u0103 pu\u021bin. C\u00e2nd a devenit c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103, am ad\u0103ugat, pe r\u00e2nd, cinci g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri. Dup\u0103 fiecare g\u0103lbenu\u0219, am amestecat cu telul p\u00e2n\u0103 s-a omogenizat perfect. Este foarte important ca g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile s\u0103 fie bine separate, ca s\u0103 nu fie nicio urm\u0103 de albu\u0219.<\/p>\n<p>Am b\u0103tut bine \u0219apte albu\u0219uri cu 200 de grame de zah\u0103r, am ad\u0103ugat pe r\u00e2nd dou\u0103 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri, 100 de grame de f\u0103in\u0103, alune de p\u0103dure pr\u0103jite \u0219i t\u0103iate, cam dou\u0103-trei linguri. Am copt la 220 de grade aproximativ 15 minute. E important ca aceast\u0103 coc\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 pu\u021bin umed\u0103 \u00een mijloc.<\/p>\n<p>Separat, am b\u0103tut cinci albu\u0219uri cu 150 de grame de zah\u0103r \u0219i un strop de suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, ca de bezea. Am continuat s\u0103 bat bezeaua pe bain-marie p\u00e2n\u0103 s-a \u00eent\u0103rit bine de tot. Am f\u0103cut un sirop mai gros din fructul pasiunii \u2013 pulpa se d\u0103 prin strecur\u0103toare \u0219i se arunc\u0103 semin\u021bele \u2013 cu pu\u021bin zah\u0103r \u0219i l-am dat \u00eentr-un clocot ca s\u0103 se lege.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd bezeaua a fost aproape gata, am ad\u0103ugat \u0219i siropul cald de fructul pasiunii, pu\u021bin c\u00e2te pu\u021bin. Am pus bezeaua peste pr\u0103jitur\u0103, iar apoi am f\u0103cut broderia de zah\u0103r ars. Aici, fiecare cu imagina\u021bia lui. Am servit pr\u0103jitura cu creme anglaise cu vanilie.<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 \u0219i cum am f\u0103cut creme anglaise: am \u00eenc\u0103lzit la foc foarte mic 150 mililitri de lapte cu 200 mililitri de fri\u0219c\u0103 lichid\u0103, am ad\u0103ugat dou\u0103 batoane de vanilie\u00a0 \u2013 am scos semin\u021bele \u0219i le-am pus \u00een compozi\u021bie, dar am l\u0103sat \u0219i batoanele despicate, pentru un plus de arom\u0103. Am oprit focul \u0219i am l\u0103sat s\u0103 se infuzeze aproximativ 15-20 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-un bol, am amestecat bine cu telul patru g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri cu 90 de grame de zah\u0103r aproximativ cinci minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd g\u0103lbenu\u0219urile au \u00eenceput s\u0103 se deschid\u0103 la culoare. Am ad\u0103ugat, pu\u021bin c\u00e2te pu\u021bin, laptele infuzat, amestec\u00e2nd continuu, apoi le-am pus la foc foarte mic. Aici e nevoie de mare aten\u021bie: trebuie amestecat continuu, ca s\u0103 nu se prind\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 nu se br\u00e2nzeasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Tehnica e a\u0219a: se amestec\u0103 \u00een form\u0103 de opt \u00een patru direc\u021bii, iar temperatura compozi\u021biei pe foc nu trebuie s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 80 de grade celsius \u2013 e simplu de verificat cu un termomentru. \u00cen momentul \u00een care crema a devenit onctuoas\u0103, e gata.<\/p>\n<p>Se probeaz\u0103 foarte simplu. Se ridic\u0103 lingura de lemn din compozi\u021bie \u0219i se traseaz\u0103 cu degetul o d\u00e2r\u0103 pe spatele lingurii. Dac\u0103 compozi\u021bia nu se une\u0219te imediat, crema e gata.
