Spumeaza de mai multe ori apa, apoi adauga si ceapa data in jumatati. Dupa ce carnea a fiert, scoate-o sa se raceasca.3. Trece carnea si ceapa prin masina de tocat, de 2 ori daca e nevoie, apoi adauga din apa in care a fiert carnea in tocatura, incat sa obtii o pasta cremoasa.4. In matele spalate foarte bine, pune compozitia si leaga matul la ambele capete. Fierbe lebarul pentru inca o jumatate de ora in alta apa, nu inainte de a intepa matul din loc in loc, pentru a iesi aerul.5.
