Peste amestecul de g\u0103lbenu\u015furi se adaug\u0103 300 de grame zah\u0103r tos \u015fi plicule\u0163ele de zah\u0103r vanilat.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce au fost b\u0103tute albu\u015furile ca pentru bezele, se amestec\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu g\u0103lbenu\u015furile, iar compozi\u0163ia se adaug\u0103 treptat peste aluatul fr\u0103m\u00e2ntat, ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd totodat\u0103 \u015fi restul de f\u0103in\u0103.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aluatul se unge cu unt topit la tigaie, iar apoi se adaug\u0103 \u015fi se amestec\u0103 umplutura de ciocolat\u0103 cu stafide.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u0163eta cozonacului cu nuc\u0103 propus\u0103 de Radu Anton Roman pentru desertul special de s\u0103rb\u0103toare este ceva mai simplu de pus \u00een forme.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientele de care gospodinele au nevoie sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n<p>Pentru aluat<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 kg fain\u0103- 8 galbenuluri- 1 cea\u015fc\u0103 de zah\u0103r- 3 ce\u015fti de lapte- 1 lingur\u0103 de rom- 50-60 g drojdie- 1 linguri\u0163\u0103 ras\u0103 sare- 2 linguri ulei- 1 pachet de unt + 50 g pentru uns t\u0103vile- 2 linguri de coaj\u0103 ras\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u015fi portocal\u0103- zah\u0103r vanilinat<\/p>\n<p>Pentru umplutur\u0103<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 8 albu\u015furi- 400 g zah\u0103r- 2 linguri rom- 300 g miez de nuc\u0103 m\u0103cinat\u0103<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Primii pa\u015fi \u00een realizarea re\u0163etei sunt similari celei de la cozonacul moldovenesc, \u00een sensul c\u0103 se fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103 aluatul dup\u0103 acelea\u015fi criterii, iar oule se bat separat albu\u015furile \u015fi g\u0103lbenu\u015furile. \u00cen compozi\u0163ia rezultat\u0103 dup\u0103 frecarea g\u0103lbenu\u015furilor se adaug\u0103 zah\u0103rul vanilat, romul, uleiul \u015fi jum\u0103tate de pachet de unt topit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Se amestec\u0103 apoi cu albu\u015furile, iar noua compozi\u0163ie se adaug\u0103 peste aluat, care se las\u0103 la dospit.
