Pr\u0103jitura ideal\u0103 pentru a fi servit\u0103 al\u0103turi de cafea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingrediente:Pentru aluatul de eclere :<\/p>\n<p>200 ml de ap\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>125 g de f\u0103in\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>100 g de unt sau ulei;<\/p>\n<p>3-4 ou\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>un praf de sare.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru crem\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>500 ml de lapte;<\/p>\n<p>100 g de zah\u0103r;<\/p>\n<p>50 g de f\u0103in\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>4 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri de ou;<\/p>\n<p>o esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru glazura de ciocolat\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>150 g de ciocolat\u0103 neagr\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>50 g de unt.<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a prepara aluatul de eclere (p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux), pune la fiert \u00eentr-o oal\u0103 200 ml de ap\u0103, 120 ml de ulei \u0219i un praf de sare. C\u00e2nd clocote\u0219te, ia oala de pe foc \u0219i adaug\u0103 125 g defaina, toat\u0103 odat\u0103. Amestec\u0103 bine p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se formeaz\u0103 o past\u0103 omogen\u0103 \u0219i se desprinde de pe fundul oalei. Las\u0103 aluatul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103, apoi adaug\u0103 4 ou\u0103, pe r\u00e2nd, mix\u00e2nd bine dup\u0103 fiecare.<\/p>\n<p>Pune aluatul \u00eentr-un po\u0219 cu duz\u0103 rotund\u0103 \u0219i formeaz\u0103 pe o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt ni\u0219te batoane de circa 10 cm lungime \u0219i 2 cm l\u0103\u021bime, l\u0103s\u00e2nd spa\u021biu \u00eentre ele. Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 faci gogo\u0219i, po\u021bi s\u0103 formezi ni\u0219te cercuri de aluat, cu diametrul de 5-6 cm. Bag\u0103 tava \u00een cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit la 200\u00b0C \u0219i las-o timp de 10 minute, apoi scade temperatura la 170\u00b0C \u0219i mai las-o circa 30 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd eclerele sunt aurii \u0219i crescute. Nu deschide cuptorul \u00een primele 20 de minute, pentru a nu se l\u0103sa aluatul.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru crema de vanilie, pune la fiert 500 ml de lapte cu pu\u021bin\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie. Separat, amestec\u0103 100 g de zah\u0103r cu 50 g de f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i 4 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri. C\u00e2nd laptele fierbe, toarn\u0103-l treptat peste amestecul de zah\u0103r \u0219i ou\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd continuu. Pune din nou crati\u021ba pe foc \u0219i fierbe crema p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd mereu. Las-o s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103, apoi pune-o \u00eentr-un po\u0219 cu duz\u0103 ascu\u021bit\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Tope\u0219te la bain-marie sau la microunde 150 g de ciocolat\u0103 neagr\u0103 sau alb\u0103, cu 50 g de unt. Las\u0103 glazura s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 pu\u021bin, dar s\u0103 nu se \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Taie eclerele pe jum\u0103tate sau f\u0103-le o gaur\u0103 mic\u0103 pe o parte. Umple-le cu crem\u0103 folosind po\u0219ul. Glaseaz\u0103-le cu ciocolat\u0103, folosind o lingur\u0103 sau o spatul\u0103.
