Avertismentul INSP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Potrivit speciali\u015ftilor, chiar \u015fi consumul unei cantit\u0103\u0163i mici de carne crud\u0103, cum ar fi gustatul preparatelor din carne pe parcursul prelucr\u0103rii, poate s\u0103 pun\u0103 persoanele la risc.<\/p>\n<p>Trichineloza (cunoscut\u0103 \u015fi ca trichinoz\u0103) este o boal\u0103 infec\u0163ioas\u0103 determinat\u0103 de larve ale unor viermi parazi\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Oamenii se \u00eemboln\u0103vesc de trichineloz\u0103 prin consumul de carne crud\u0103 sau insuficient g\u0103tit\u0103 sau produse din carne care con\u0163in larve ale acestor viermi parazi\u0163i. Cel mai frecvent, carnea infestat\u0103 cu larve de Trichinella spp provine de la animale precum: porc, cal, nutrie sau v\u00e2nat (mistre\u0163, urs). Trichineloza nu se transmite de la om la om. O persoan\u0103 bolnav\u0103 nu transmite boala \u015fi nu te po\u0163i infecta de la o persoan\u0103 bolnav\u0103&#8221;, sus\u0163in speciali\u015ftii INSP.<\/p>\n<p>Ace\u015ftia afirm\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een \u0163ara noastr\u0103, cel mai mare risc de infectare este prin consumul de carne de la porcii crescu\u0163i \u00een gospod\u0103rie, deoarece ace\u015ftia, nefiind v\u00e2ndu\u0163i prin comer\u0163 cu am\u0103nuntul, nu sunt supu\u015fi inspec\u0163iei veterinare, respectiv nu se trimit probe pentru testare de la animalele sacrificate.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru prevenirea \u00eemboln\u0103virii, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 se apropie s\u0103rb\u0103torile de iarn\u0103, INSP recomand\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>* achizi\u0163ionarea de animale de la unit\u0103\u0163i avizate sanitar-veterinar;<\/p>\n<p>* aprovizionarea cu carne \u015fi preparate din carne din unit\u0103\u0163i comerciale specializate care pun \u00een v\u00e2nzare doar produse avizate sanitar-veterinar;<\/p>\n<p>* trimiterea de probe de carne din porcul sacrificat \u00een gospod\u0103rie \u00een centre autorizate ale autorit\u0103\u0163ilor sanitar-veterinare, pentru a se efectua examen microscopic \u015fi carnea s\u0103 se consume doar dup\u0103 rezultatul negativ al examenului trichineloscopic;<\/p>\n<p>* s\u0103 nu se guste carnea p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu este complet g\u0103tit\u0103, chiar \u015fi procedeele de s\u0103rare, afumare sau uscare a c\u0103rnii nu distrug larvele de Trichinella spp;<\/p>\n<p>* \u00eenaintea g\u0103tirii s\u0103 se congeleze carnea la o temperatur\u0103 \u00eentre (-)15\u00b0C \u015fi (-)25\u00b0C, timp de 20 &#8211; 30 de zile, grosimea feliei de carne s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u015feasc\u0103 15 cm;<\/p>\n<p>* s\u0103 se g\u0103teasc\u0103 carnea, carnea tocat\u0103 \u015fi v\u00e2natul s\u0103lbatic astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se ating\u0103 temperatura de peste 71\u00b0C \u00een toat\u0103 masa de carne (p\u00e2n\u0103 carnea \u00ee\u015fi schimb\u0103 culoarea din roz \u00een gri);<\/p>\n<p>* cur\u0103\u0163area tuturor instrumentelor care ating carnea;<\/p>\n<p>* sp\u0103larea bine a m\u00e2inilor dup\u0103 manipularea c\u0103rnii crude;<\/p>\n<p>* s\u0103 se evite hr\u0103nirea animalelor cu resturi\/m\u0103runtaie\/s\u00e2nge, provenite de la v\u00e2nat\/porc crude; prelucra\u0163i termic aceste produse din carne care urmeaz\u0103 sa fie hran\u0103 pentru animale (de companie\/ din gospod\u0103rie\/ porci);<\/p>\n<p>* s\u0103 se previn\u0103 apari\u0163ia roz\u0103toarelor \u00een gospod\u0103ria \u00een care se cresc porci.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Manifestarea clinic\u0103 a bolii depinde de cantitatea de carne ingerat\u0103, de gradul de infestare a c\u0103rnii \u015fi de rezisten\u0163a organismului, variind de la forme clinice de boal\u0103 u\u015foare la cele cu evolu\u0163ie grav\u0103 spre deces, din cauza complica\u0163iilor cardiovasculare sau neurologice&#8221;, afirm\u0103 sursa citat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, se recomand\u0103 prezentarea la medic\/spital \u00een cazul \u00een care o persoan\u0103, dup\u0103 ce a consumat\/gustat carne de porc\/v\u00e2nat insuficient preparat\u0103 termic, manifest\u0103 cel pu\u0163in trei dintre urm\u0103toarele simptome: febr\u0103, sensibilitate \u015fi dureri musculare, diaree, edem facial, hemoragii subconjunctivale, subunghiale \u015fi retiniene.<\/p>\n<p>Evolu\u0163ia bolii cuprinde:<\/p>\n<p>* perioad\u0103 de incuba\u0163ie, cu durat\u0103 \u00eentre 2 \u015fi 28 zile;* perioada asimptomatic\u0103 corespunz\u0103toare matur\u0103rii larvelor ingerate \u00een adul\u0163i, la nivelul intestinului sub\u0163ire;* un stadiu intestinal, manifestat prin grea\u0163\u0103, diaree \u00eenso\u0163it\u0103 sau nu de febr\u0103, disconfort\/dureri abdominale, lipsa poftei de m\u00e2ncare, v\u0103rs\u0103turi, oboseal\u0103;* un stadiu de invazie tisular\u0103 (\u00een special muscular\u0103), corespunz\u0103tor migr\u0103rii larvelor nou-formate \u00een sistemul circulator, c\u0103tre musculatura striat\u0103; este caracterizat de mialgii, tumefac\u0163ia maselor musculare, edeme periorbitare sau ale fe\u0163ei, erup\u0163ii urticariene, febr\u0103 38-40 grade C, tulbur\u0103ri neuropsihice (cefalee, p\u00e2n\u0103 la delir, com\u0103), tulbur\u0103ri respiratorii, tulbur\u0103ri cardiace (miocardit\u0103 cu tahicardie, tulbur\u0103ri de ritm);* perioad\u0103 de convalescen\u0163\u0103, corespunz\u0103toare \u00eenchist\u0103rii larvelor \u00een mu\u015fchi.<\/p>\n<p>Tratamentul pentru aceast\u0103 boal\u0103 se face la recomandarea medicului care va urm\u0103ri evolu\u0163ia clinic\u0103 dup\u0103 administrarea medicamentelor.
