Acesta poate fi \u00eent\u00e2lnit sub diverse denumiri \u00een alte culturi, precum \u201e\u00eele flottante\u201d \u00een francez\u0103, \u201emad\u00e1rtej\u201d \u00een maghiar\u0103 sau \u201efloating island\u201d \u00een englez\u0103, dar esen\u021ba re\u021betei r\u0103m\u00e2ne aceea\u0219i. La baz\u0103, este un desert cu o textur\u0103 fin\u0103, \u00een care crema de vanilie se combin\u0103 cu bulg\u0103rii pufo\u0219i de spum\u0103, ce plutesc pe un \u201elac\u201d de lapte \u00eendulcit \u0219i vanilat.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente necesare pentru re\u021beta autentic\u0103<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Pentru a prepara lapte de pas\u0103re \u00een stilul tradi\u021bional, cum se f\u0103cea \u00een Ardeal \u0219i Banat, vei avea nevoie de urm\u0103toarele ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Pentru crema de vanilie (sodou sau cr\u00e8me anglaise):<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">500 ml lapte<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">4 g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri de ou<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">100 g zah\u0103r<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">1 baton de vanilie (sau esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie)<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">1 lingur\u0103 de amidon (pentru o consisten\u021b\u0103 mai groas\u0103, op\u021bional)<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Pentru bulg\u0103rii de spum\u0103:<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">4 albu\u0219uri de ou<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">100 g zah\u0103r<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">1 praf de sare<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">1 linguri\u021b\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Pentru decor:<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Sos caramel (op\u021bional)<\/p>\n<p>Cum se prepar\u0103<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Cum se face crema de vanilie (sodou)<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103, se pune laptele la fiert, iar \u00eenainte de a da \u00een clocot, se adaug\u0103 batonul de vanilie sau esen\u021ba de vanilie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Separat, se bate g\u0103lbenu\u0219ul cu zah\u0103rul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine o crem\u0103 u\u0219or spumoas\u0103. Dac\u0103 vrei o crem\u0103 mai groas\u0103, po\u021bi ad\u0103uga \u0219i o lingur\u0103 de amidon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se toarn\u0103 laptele fierbinte treptat peste amestecul de g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri, amestec\u00e2nd continuu pentru a nu se coagula ou\u0103le.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se pune din nou amestecul pe foc mic \u0219i se las\u0103 la fiert p\u00e2n\u0103 cap\u0103t\u0103 o consisten\u021b\u0103 mai groas\u0103, ca o sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 sub\u021bire. Este important s\u0103 nu fiarb\u0103 prea tare pentru a evita \u201et\u0103ierea\u201d cremei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se r\u0103ce\u0219te pu\u021bin \u0219i se strecoar\u0103 pentru a elimina orice resturi de vanilie sau eventuale buc\u0103\u021bi coagulate de ou. Crema este gata!<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Modul de preparare al bulg\u0103rilor de spum\u0103<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se bat albu\u0219urile cu un praf de sare p\u00e2n\u0103 devin spum\u0103. Apoi se adaug\u0103 treptat zah\u0103rul, continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 amesteci p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ob\u021bii o spum\u0103 tare \u0219i lucioas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">\u00centr-o crati\u021b\u0103 cu ap\u0103 fierbinte (nu clocotit\u0103), se formeaz\u0103 bulgarii de spum\u0103 cu ajutorul unei linguri \u0219i se las\u0103 la \u201eop\u0103rire\u201d c\u00e2teva minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 se formeaz\u0103 ca ni\u0219te perle pufoase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se scot cu o spumier\u0103 \u0219i se pun pe o farfurie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Asamblarea desertului<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Se pune crema de vanilie \u00eentr-un bol sau \u00eentr-o farfurie ad\u00e2nc\u0103, iar deasupra se a\u0219az\u0103 bulgarii de spum\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103 adaugi un plus de savoare, po\u021bi turna deasupra un sos de caramel sau un strop de esen\u021b\u0103 de vanilie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Desertul este acum gata pentru a fi servit, fie c\u0103 \u00eel consumi imediat, fie c\u0103 \u00eel la\u0219i s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 pu\u021bin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"svelte-uzyam9\">Surs\u0103 text: <a href=\"https:\/\/click.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click.ro<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce este \u201elapte de pas\u0103re\u201d?
