Ar fi bine s\u0103 nu fii pofticioas\u0103, pentru c\u0103 altfel \u00ee\u021bi va fi greu s\u0103 rezi\u0219ti cele 24 de ore!<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente pentru foi:<\/p>\n<p>900 g f\u0103in\u0103250 g zah\u0103r tos200 g miere1 plicule\u021b de zah\u0103r vanilat1 lingur\u0103 ras\u0103 de\u00a0bicarbonat de sodiu120 g de unt gras (min. 80% gr\u0103sime)2 ou\u010350-100 ml lapte rece<\/p>\n<p>Dac\u0103 vrei s\u0103-\u021bi ias\u0103 re\u021beta exact ca cea a bunicii tale, atunci folose\u0219te \u0219i coaja ras\u0103 de la o portocal\u0103 sau l\u0103m\u00e2ie (chiar dac\u0103 acest ingredient este op\u021bional, se recomand\u0103 a fi folosit pentru un plus de savoare).<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente pentru crem\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>500 ml lapte250 g zah\u0103r2 plicule\u021be de zah\u0103r vanilatUn v\u00e2rf de sare120 g gri\u0219300 g unt gras (min. 80% gr\u0103sime) \u0219i moale1 borcan de gem (caise sau zmeur\u0103)zah\u0103r pudr\u0103 pentru decor<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare foi:<\/p>\n<p>Pune mierea, untul \u0219i zah\u0103rul \u00eentr-o crati\u021b\u0103 pe foc. Amestec\u0103 \u0219i las\u0103 pe foc p\u00e2n\u0103 ce zah\u0103rul se tope\u0219te complet. C\u00e2nd este gata, pune deoparte \u0219i las\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 pu\u021bin.Adaug\u0103 vanilia, coaja ras\u0103 de la o jum\u0103tate de portocal\u0103, cele dou\u0103 ou\u0103 \u00eentregi \u0219i mixeaz\u0103 bine. Adaug\u0103 f\u0103ina \u00een ploaie \u0219i bicarbonatul.Adaug\u0103 treptat c\u00e2teva linguri de lapte rece pentru ca aluatul s\u0103 se lege mai bine.Introdu aluatul la frigider timp de aproximativ 10 minute, apoi scoate-l \u0219i las\u0103-l afar\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 15 de minute.\u00cemparte aluatul \u00een 4 por\u021bii egale \u0219i \u00eentinde-l pe masa de lucru ca s\u0103 formezi foi sub\u021biri care s\u0103 \u00eencap\u0103 \u00eentava de copt.A\u0219eaz\u0103 foile pe h\u00e2rtia de copt \u0219i pune-le \u00een 4 t\u0103vi separate.Introdu t\u0103vile \u00een cuptorul pre\u00eenc\u0103lzit la 200 de grade Celsius p\u00e2n\u0103 devin aurii \u0219i cresc u\u0219or.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare crem\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>Pune laptele s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un strop de sare. Adaug\u0103 plicule\u021bul de vanilie \u0219i zah\u0103rul tos.C\u00e2nd \u00eencepe s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, adaug\u0103 gri\u0219ul \u00een ploaie \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine. Fierbe aproximativ 4-5 minute, amestec\u00e2nd tot timpul ca s\u0103 nu se fac\u0103 cocoloa\u0219e.Pune deoparte gri\u0219ul ca s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 pu\u021bin, apoi adaug\u0103 untul moale \u0219i amestec\u0103 bine cu mixerul p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103!<\/p>\n<p>Asamblare \u0219i decorare pr\u0103jitura Albinu\u021ba:<\/p>\n<p>C\u00e2nd este gata crema, \u00eentinde jum\u0103tate pe o foaie de aluat coapt\u0103. Adaug\u0103 deasupra o alt\u0103 foaie de aluat, pe care o umpli cu dulcea\u021b\u0103. Pe deasupra pui o alt\u0103 foaie de aluat pe care o umpli cu crema r\u0103mas\u0103. Adaug\u0103 \u0219i ultima foaie de aluat \u0219i pr\u0103jitura Albinu\u021ba este aproape gata!Pune o foaie de copt peste pr\u0103jitur\u0103 \u0219i apoi a\u0219eaz\u0103 o greutate (c\u0103r\u021bi sau altceva) pentru a presa bine foile. Las-o \u00een c\u0103mar\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 a doua zi, apoi scoate greut\u0103\u021bile.
