Una dintre re\u0163etele lui preferate este New York Cheesecake. Re\u0163eta are o poveste a ei.\u201d, spune Principesa Margareta \u00een volumul s\u0103u ,,Carte Regal\u0103 de Bucate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u021beta a fost \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat\u0103 de Principesa Margareta \u00een timp ce era student\u0103.\u00a0\u201e\u00cen primul an la Universitatea din Edinburgh, c\u00e2\u021biva studen\u021bi am fost invita\u021bi la pr\u00e2nz de profesorul nostru principal, numit tutor. Profesorul era un american \u0219i a considerat firesc s\u0103 ne familiarizeze cu re\u021betele \u021b\u0103rii lui. La desert, am gustat prima dat\u0103 New York Cheesecake. La prima vedere, nu mi s-a p\u0103rut mare lucru. Am privit pr\u0103jitura cu suspiciune, dar, gust\u00e2nd-o, mi-am dat seama c\u0103 era unul din cele mai bune feluri m\u00e2ncate vreodat\u0103\u201d, poveste\u0219te Principesa Margareta.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u021beta de New York Cheesecake preg\u0103tit\u0103 de Principesa Margareta<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente (pentru 8-10 persoane):<\/p>\n<p>Pentru blat:<\/p>\n<p>300 g biscui\u0163i digestivi, sf\u0103r\u00e2ma\u0163i m\u0103runt;<\/p>\n<p>50 g zah\u0103r tos;<\/p>\n<p>80-95 g de unt topit;<\/p>\n<p>o linguri\u0163\u0103 de scor\u0163i\u015foar\u0103 (op\u0163ional);<\/p>\n<p>Pentru umplutur\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>un plic de gelatin\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 arom\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>60 ml ap\u0103 rece;<\/p>\n<p>450 g br\u00e2nz\u0103 cremoas\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>100-150 g zah\u0103r;<\/p>\n<p>un praf de sare;<\/p>\n<p>200 g sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 gras\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>200 g sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 dulce (pentru fri\u015fc\u0103);<\/p>\n<p>Pentru topping:<\/p>\n<p>200 g afine ( dac\u0103 nu ace\u021bi afine, pute\u021bi pune zmeur\u0103, piersici, c\u0103p\u015funi sau alte fructe);<\/p>\n<p>2 linguri de ap\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>100 g zah\u0103r tos;<\/p>\n<p>Pute\u021bi dubla cantitatea de ingrediente pentru topping.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Reteta din 1938 pentru clatite delicioase rulate cu carne, asa cum o pregateau strabunicii nostri\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/actual\/reteta-din-1938-pentru-clatite-delicioase-rulate-cu-carne-asa-cum-o-pregateau-strabunicii-nostri_67c31382b3d15f31f52f7df2\">Re\u021beta din 1938 pentru cl\u0103tite delicioase rulate cu carne, a\u0219a cum o preg\u0103teau str\u0103bunicii no\u0219tri<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare<\/p>\n<p>\u201eBlat: F\u0103r\u00e2mi\u021ba\u021bi biscui\u021bii \u00eentr-un robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie. Presa\u021bi bine pasta de biscui\u021bi pe fundul \u0219i pe laturile t\u0103vii folosind spatele unei linguri sau fundul unui pahar. C\u00e2t timp preg\u0103ti\u021bi umplutura, acoperi\u021bi aluatul cu o folie de plastic \u0219i pune\u021bi-l \u00een frigider, ca s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Umplutura:\u00a0Dilua\u021bi gelatina \u00een ap\u0103 rece, amesteca\u021bi la foc mic p\u00e2n\u0103 se dizolv\u0103. Bate\u021bi br\u00e2nza cu mixerul sau cu telul p\u00e2n\u0103 devine o crem\u0103 moale. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi \u00eencet gelatina, amestec\u00e2nd p\u00e2n\u0103 ce compozi\u021bia devine omogen\u0103. Pune\u021bi la frigider, p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eent\u0103re\u0219te (minimum 4 ore sau, mai bine, peste noapte).<\/p>\n<p>Afinele cu sirop:\u00a0Pune\u021bi \u00eentr-o tigaie la foc mediu o treime din afine, cu dou\u0103 linguri de ap\u0103 \u0219i 100 g de zah\u0103r, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul se tope\u0219te \u0219i afinele se sf\u0103r\u00e2m\u0103. C\u00e2nd amestecul fierbe, \u00eenv\u00e2rti\u021bi tigaia, pentru a distribui uniform lichidul. Continua\u021bi s\u0103 fierbe\u021bi la foc mediu, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd compozi\u021bia se \u00eengroa\u0219\u0103 \u0219i se transform\u0103 \u00eentr-un sirop mai \u00eenchegat.
