Eu am fiert-o din 550 ml ap\u0103 \u0219i 5 linguri\u021be cafea.\u00a0A r\u0103mas 500 ml cafea lichid\u0103 pe care o folosim la sirop. Pute\u021bi prepara cafeaua dup\u0103 propriul gust, la espressor sau la ibric. Important este s\u0103 rezulte 500 ml de cafea.\u00a0Punem zah\u0103rul la caramelizat \u0219i amestec\u0103m \u00een el continuu, pentru a nu se arde.Dup\u0103 ce tot zah\u0103rul este topit, \u00eel stingem cu cafeaua fierbinte, turn\u00e2nd c\u00e2te pu\u021bin\u0103 \u0219i amestec\u00e2nd cu o spatul\u0103.Aten\u021bie, vasul trebuie ales cu pere\u021bi mai \u00eenal\u021bi, pentru c\u0103 zah\u0103rul caramelizat, la contactul cu cafeaua, are tendin\u021ba de a se umfla \u0219i a da pe dinafar\u0103.Amestec\u0103m intens \u00een siropul de pe foc, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zah\u0103rul este complet topit.La contactul cu cafeaua, o parte din zah\u0103rul caramelizat se va solidifica, deci \u00eel l\u0103s\u0103m la foc mic, p\u00e2n\u0103 se dilueaz\u0103 complet.L\u0103s\u0103m apoi siropul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103.A rezultat 650 ml sirop. Pe acesta \u00eel \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bim a\u0219a: 350 ml pentru blatul pr\u0103jiturii, a\u0219a cum este men\u021bionat \u00een lista de ingrediente \u0219i 300 ml pentru crema pr\u0103jiturii.Preparare blat pentru pr\u0103jitur\u0103 de post cu cafea \u0219i zah\u0103r caramelizatHidrat\u0103m stafidele \u00een ap\u0103 c\u00e2t s\u0103 le acopere.Amestec\u0103m 350 ml de sirop r\u0103cit cu cei 200 ml ulei.Ad\u0103ug\u0103m pesmetul \u0219i omogeniz\u0103m compozi\u021bia.Cernem f\u0103ina \u00eempreun\u0103 cu praful de copt \u0219i bicarbonatul.Le ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u00een compozi\u021bia de blat \u0219i din nou omogeniz\u0103m.Pres\u0103r\u0103m \u0219i un praf de sare, apoi \u00eencorpor\u0103m stafidele.Compozi\u021bia de blat va fi ceva mai groas\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea de la chec.\u00centindem compozi\u021bia \u00een tava tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt \u0219i o d\u0103m la cuptor pentru 35-40 de minute.Nu uit\u0103m nici de testul cu scobitoarea, pentru a ne asigura c\u0103 blatul este copt.Prepar\u0103m crema pentru pr\u0103jitur\u0103 de post cu cafea \u0219i zah\u0103r caramelizat\u00cen cei 300 ml de sirop r\u0103mas, ad\u0103ug\u0103m 2 linguri rase de amidon \u0219i una de f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i amestec\u0103m intens, p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103.Ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u0219i un praf de sare \u0219i zah\u0103rul vanilat.Punem vasul pe foc \u0219i fierbem crema, amestec\u00e2nd continuu, pentru a nu se arde.L\u0103s\u0103m crema s\u0103 se tempereze pu\u021bin \u0219i o \u00eentindem c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103, peste blatul deja r\u0103cit.D\u0103m delicioasa pr\u0103jitur\u0103 de post cu cafea \u0219i zah\u0103r caramelizat, la rece pentru 1-2 ore, apoi o putem por\u021biona \u0219i savura cu mare poft\u0103!<a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/actual\/cand-se-fac-mucenici-si-de-ce-reteta-desertului-cu-semnificatie-religioasa_67c1740ec137a63e997ee2a6\" target=\"_blank\">C\u00e2nd se fac mucenici \u0219i de ce?
