Ad\u0103ug\u0103m zaharul pudra treptat dup\u0103 ce au c\u0103p\u0103tat consistenta dorit\u0103. Le punem apoi \u00een baie de abur pentru 5-7 minute amestec\u00e2nd \u00eencontinuu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u0103s\u0103m la r\u0103cit \u0219i topim ciocolata \u00een acela\u0219i mod. Dup\u0103 ce s-a topit, ne ocupam de untul care trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei. \u00cel batem la mixer \u00eempreun\u0103 cu aromele \u0219i cacaoa. Amestec\u0103m apoi ciocolata cu ou\u0103le spumoase (cu o spatula sau un tel) \u0219i pe ad\u0103ug\u0103m treptat peste unt. Mixam la viteza mica pana se omogenizeaz\u0103 tot.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219ez\u0103m primul strat de biscui\u021bi \u0219i afaugam 2-3 linguri de crema pe care le \u00eentindem bine (aproximam astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t sa ne ajung\u0103 sa acoperim toate straturile). Eu nu am insiropat, dar nu va a\u0219tepta\u021bi sa fie foarte moale. Crema va \u00eenmuia biscui\u021bii dar tot va fi pu\u021bin crocant, a\u0219a c\u0103 dac\u0103 nu va place pute\u021bi insiropa cu putina apa cu zahar.<\/p>\n<p>Continuam pana la ultimul strat. P\u0103str\u0103m c\u00e2teva linguri de crema pentru exterior. \u00cenf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103m \u00een folie de plastic \u0219i l\u0103s\u0103m la frigider 30 de minute. Acum putem carameliza zaharul pentru decor.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 cele 30 de minute scoatem tortul \u0219i punem crema de decor. Eu am mai f\u0103cut o mica glazura din jum\u0103tate de ciocolat\u0103 \u0219i 2 linguri de unt topite ca s\u0103 \u00eel acop\u0103r bine, dar nu e musai.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219ez\u0103m biscui\u021bii caramelizati dup\u0103 propriul gust \u0219i ornam cum ne place.<\/p>\n<p>L\u0103s\u0103m la frigider o ora la frigider.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/actual\/budinca-de-banane-cu-afine-si-seminte-de-chia-un-desert-cremos-si-sanatos-si-de-post_67d4036d97b3c30f87681822\" target=\"_blank\">Budinc\u0103 de banane cu afine \u0219i semin\u021be de chia.
