Totu\u0219i, postul nu trebuie privit ca o restric\u021bie dificil\u0103, ci ca o oportunitate de a adopta un regim alimentar mai s\u0103n\u0103tos \u0219i de a descoperi re\u021bete delicioase bazate pe ingrediente vegetale.<\/p>\n<p>Semnifica\u021bia Postului Pa\u0219telui<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/lifestyle\/reteta-rapida-si-sanatoasa-de-post-ai-nevoie-doar-de-cateva-ingrediente-ieftine_67c833eef463bb68c37274e2\" target=\"_blank\">Postul nu este doar o schimbare a dietei<\/a>, ci \u0219i un timp al purific\u0103rii suflete\u0219ti \u0219i al apropierii de Dumnezeu. Aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 presupune rug\u0103ciune, introspec\u021bie \u0219i fapte bune. Totodat\u0103, eliminarea alimentelor grele din diet\u0103 contribuie la detoxifierea organismului \u0219i la adoptarea unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 mai echilibrat.<\/p>\n<p>Ce alimente sunt permise \u00een perioada postului?<\/p>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 se renun\u021b\u0103 la carne, lactate \u0219i ou\u0103, exist\u0103 numeroase alternative gustoase \u0219i nutritive:<\/p>\n<p>Legume \u0219i fructe: cartofi, morcovi, spanac, varz\u0103, ro\u0219ii, mere, banane, citrice;<\/p>\n<p>Cereale integrale: orez, quinoa, hri\u0219c\u0103, ov\u0103z;<\/p>\n<p>Leguminoase: fasole, n\u0103ut, linte;<\/p>\n<p>Produse din soia: tofu, lapte de soia;<\/p>\n<p>Semin\u021be \u0219i nuci: migdale, nuci, semin\u021be de floarea-soarelui;<\/p>\n<p>Dulciuri de post: gemuri, ciocolat\u0103 neagr\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 lapte, compoturi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anumite zile din post, cum ar fi Buna Vestire (25 martie) \u0219i Florii (13 aprilie), este permis consumul de pe\u0219te.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u021bete gustoase \u0219i u\u0219or de preparat pentru post<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a face postul mai variat \u0219i savuros, v\u0103 propunem c\u00e2teva re\u021bete simple, dar pline de arome.<\/p>\n<p>1. Ciorb\u0103 de legume<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>1 ceap\u0103, 2 morcovi, 1 ardei gras, 1 cartof, 1 dovlecel, 2 ro\u0219ii;<\/p>\n<p>1 l ap\u0103, 2 linguri ulei de m\u0103sline, sare, piper, p\u0103trunjel.<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Se taie legumele m\u0103runt \u0219i se pun la fiert;<\/p>\n<p>Se adaug\u0103 ro\u0219iile \u0219i se mai fierbe 10 minute;<\/p>\n<p>Se condimenteaz\u0103 \u0219i se presar\u0103 verdea\u021b\u0103 deasupra.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ardei umplu\u021bi cu orez \u0219i legume<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>6 ardei gra\u0219i, 200 g orez, 1 ceap\u0103, 1 morcov, 1 dovlecel, 2 ro\u0219ii;<\/p>\n<p>2 linguri ulei de m\u0103sline, sare, piper, ierburi aromatice.<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 ardeii \u0219i se umplu cu un amestec de legume \u0219i orez;<\/p>\n<p>Se pun la fiert cu ap\u0103 \u0219i past\u0103 de tomate timp de 40 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>3. Sup\u0103 crem\u0103 de cartofi \u0219i praz<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>4 cartofi, 1 praz, 1 ceap\u0103, 1 l ap\u0103, 2 linguri ulei de m\u0103sline, sare, piper, cimbru.<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Se fierb legumele, apoi se paseaz\u0103 cu blenderul;<\/p>\n<p>Se condimenteaz\u0103 dup\u0103 gust.<\/p>\n<p>Biserica recomand\u0103 ca postul s\u0103 fie adaptat posibilit\u0103\u021bilor fiec\u0103ruia. \u00cen primele zile \u0219i \u00een S\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2na Mare, se poate posti mai aspru, consum\u00e2nd doar p\u00e2ine \u0219i ap\u0103. \u00cen rest, zilele de luni p\u00e2n\u0103 vineri impun renun\u021barea la ulei \u0219i vin, iar s\u00e2mb\u0103ta \u0219i duminica sunt permise preparatele mai consistente.<\/p>\n<p>Postul Pa\u0219telui nu este doar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/actual\/cu-ce-poti-inlocui-orezul-din-sarmale-reteta-veche-de-post-folosita-de-strabuni_676127b117943234bf5fa982\" target=\"_blank\">o perioad\u0103 de restric\u021bii,<\/a> ci o ocazie de regenerare spiritual\u0103 \u0219i fizic\u0103.
