Pielea se desprinde de os \u0219i se formeaz\u0103 ca un s\u0103cule\u021b, unde se va introduce umplutura.<\/p>\n<p>Organele se pun la fiert, iar dup\u0103 ce sunt fierte le l\u0103sa\u021bi la r\u0103cit, apoi le da\u021bi prin ma\u0219ina de tocat \u00eempreun\u0103 cu ou\u0103le fierte, p\u0103trunjelul \u0219i usturoiul.<\/p>\n<p>Amesteca\u021bi apoi toc\u0103tura cu miezul de p\u00e2ine, ou\u0103le crude, ad\u0103uga\u021bi condimentele \u0219i pu\u021bin ulei. Se amestec\u0103 foarte bine pentru a se omogeniza compozi\u021bia.<\/p>\n<p>Pulpa de miel o ve\u021bi condimenta la exterior cu sare, piper \u0219i boia de ardei dulce. Introduce\u021bi apoi compozi\u021bia \u00een pulp\u0103 \u0219i la final coase\u021bi pentru a o \u00eenchide. Deasupra pute\u021bi s\u0103 pune\u021bi usturoi verde, p\u0103trunjel \u0219i ulei.<\/p>\n<p>O a\u0219eza\u021bi \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 \u00een care pune\u021bi pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103, apoi acoperi\u021bi pulpa umplut\u0103 cu staniol \u0219i o ve\u021bi pune la cuptor, timp de aproximativ 2-3 ore, la foc mic.
