Prazul este bogat \u00een vitaminele A, C \u0219i K, iar m\u0103slinele aduc gr\u0103simi s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i antioxidan\u021bi. Adaug\u0103 \u0219i ro\u0219iile, pline de licopen, \u0219i ai o mas\u0103 care nu doar c\u0103 te hr\u0103ne\u0219te, ci \u00ee\u021bi \u0219i face bine! A\u0219adar, fie c\u0103 \u021bii post sau pur \u0219i simplu vrei s\u0103 \u00eencerci ceva nou, hai s\u0103 trecem la treab\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 prepari aceast\u0103 m\u00e2ncare de praz de post!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientele de care ai nevoie pentru m\u00e2nc\u0103rica de praz<\/p>\n<p>Pentru a preg\u0103ti o\u00a0m\u00e2ncare de praz cu m\u0103sline\u00a0\u0219i sos de ro\u0219ii, adun\u0103 urm\u0103toarele ingrediente simple \u0219i accesibile:<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a0500-600 g praz (doar partea alb\u0103) \u2013 alege praz t\u00e2n\u0103r, cu tija sub\u021bire, pentru o textur\u0103 fraged\u0103;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a02 cepe medii \u2013 vor da profunzime gustului;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a0150-200 g m\u0103sline negre \u2013 tradi\u021bionale, dar po\u021bi folosi \u0219i m\u0103sline verzi sau Kalamata;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a0300 ml suc de ro\u0219ii gros (pasat\u0103) sau 3-4 ro\u0219ii proaspete, decojite \u0219i zdrobite;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a03 linguri ulei (de floarea-soarelui sau de m\u0103sline);<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a0Sare \u0219i piper proasp\u0103t m\u0103cinat, dup\u0103 gust;<\/p>\n<p>\u25cf\u00a0Op\u021bional: 1 ardei ro\u0219u kapia, 1-2 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi, o frunz\u0103 de dafin sau p\u0103trunjel proasp\u0103t pentru decor.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e2ncare de praz cu m\u0103sline: re\u021beta pas cu pas<\/p>\n<p>Acum c\u0103 ai toate ingredientele la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103, hai s\u0103 g\u0103tim \u00eempreun\u0103 o m\u00e2nc\u0103ric\u0103 de praz delicioas\u0103. Iat\u0103 care sunt pa\u0219ii!<\/p>\n<p>Pasul 1: Preg\u0103te\u0219te legumele<\/p>\n<p>\u00cencepe prin a cur\u0103\u021ba prazul \u2013 taie doar partea alb\u0103 \u00een rondele de aproximativ 1,5 cm. Partea verde o po\u021bi p\u0103stra pentru o sup\u0103 sau o alt\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103. Feliaz\u0103 apoi cepele \u00een felii sub\u021biri \u0219i, dac\u0103 folose\u0219ti ardei, taie-l \u00een cuburi mici.<\/p>\n<p>Pasul 2: C\u0103le\u0219te legumele<\/p>\n<p>Ia o tigaie ad\u00e2nc\u0103 sau o oal\u0103 \u0219i pune cele 3 linguri de ulei la \u00eencins, la foc mediu. Adaug\u0103 ceapa \u0219i prazul, presar\u0103 un praf de sare \u0219i acoper\u0103 cu un capac. Las\u0103-le s\u0103 se c\u0103leasc\u0103 timp de 5 minute, amestec\u00e2nd din c\u00e2nd \u00een c\u00e2nd. Vei observa cum prazul \u00eencepe s\u0103 devin\u0103 translucid, iar ceapa cap\u0103t\u0103 o nuan\u021b\u0103 u\u0219or aurie pe margini. Dac\u0103 ai ales s\u0103 folose\u0219ti ardei ro\u0219u kapia, acum e momentul s\u0103-l adaugi. Amestec\u0103 bine \u0219i mai las\u0103 legumele pe foc, f\u0103r\u0103 capac, \u00eenc\u0103 2-3 minute. Ardeiul va aduce o not\u0103 dulceag\u0103 \u0219i o culoare vibrant\u0103, perfect\u0103 pentru aceast\u0103 re\u021bet\u0103 cu praz \u0219i m\u0103sline.<\/p>\n<p>Pasul 3: Adaug\u0103 sosul de ro\u0219ii \u0219i m\u0103slinele<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce legumele s-au \u00eenmuiat, toarn\u0103 300 ml de suc de ro\u0219ii gros peste ele. Dac\u0103 preferi o m\u00e2ncare de praz mai zemoas\u0103, adaug\u0103 \u0219i 150 ml de ap\u0103 cald\u0103 \u2013 sau chiar 300 ml, dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi place consisten\u021ba mai sub\u021bire, spun <a href=\"https:\/\/click.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\">gospodinele<\/a> iscusite. Acum e timpul s\u0103 pui \u0219i m\u0103slinele negre (150-200 g). Le po\u021bi ad\u0103uga \u00eentregi, cu s\u00e2mburi, pentru un gust autentic, sau le po\u021bi t\u0103ia \u00een jum\u0103t\u0103\u021bi, dac\u0103 preferi s\u0103 le sim\u021bi mai bine \u00een fiecare \u00eembuc\u0103tur\u0103.Amestec\u0103 totul \u0219i las\u0103 m\u00e2ncarea s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 la foc mediu timp de 5-6 minute. Presar\u0103 deasupra pu\u021bin p\u0103trunjel proasp\u0103t tocat \u0219i, dac\u0103 vrei, c\u00e2teva felii sub\u021biri de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Serve\u0219te-o cald\u0103, al\u0103turi de o felie de p\u00e2ine proasp\u0103t\u0103 sau o por\u021bie de m\u0103m\u0103lig\u0103 aburind\u0103.
