E considerat \u201eelixirul tinere\u021bii\u201d \u0219i merit\u0103 s\u0103 fie consumat zilnic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Publicat\u0103 recent \u00een jurnalul Nutrients, cercetarea dezv\u0103luie cum consumul regulat de afine \u2013 \u00een special sub form\u0103 de pudr\u0103 \u2013 poate influen\u021ba favorabil nivelul colesterolului, activitatea bacteriilor intestinale \u0219i chiar performan\u021bele cognitive.<\/p>\n<p>Studiu inovator pe adul\u021bi trecu\u021bi de 60 de ani<\/p>\n<p>Experimentul, intitulat BEACTIVE (Blueberry Enhances Activity and Cognition Through Increased Vascular Efficiency), s-a derulat pe o perioad\u0103 de 12 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u0219i a inclus 55 de persoane cu v\u00e2rsta peste 60 de ani, cu un stil de via\u021b\u0103 sedentar \u0219i cu greutate peste limitele normale.<\/p>\n<p>Participan\u021bii au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00een dou\u0103 grupuri: unul a consumat zilnic o b\u0103utur\u0103 pe baz\u0103 de pudr\u0103 de afine (echivalentul a aproximativ 1\u00bd c\u0103ni de fructe proaspete), iar cel\u0103lalt a primit o b\u0103utur\u0103 placebo, cu aspect \u0219i gust similare. Ambele grupuri au urmat acela\u0219i program de exerci\u021bii fizice moderate.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00eenceputul \u0219i finalul studiului, au fost monitoriza\u021bi mai mul\u021bi indicatori de s\u0103n\u0103tate, inclusiv tensiunea arterial\u0103, nivelurile de colesterol, markerii inflamatori, dar \u0219i compozi\u021bia microbiomului intestinal, prin analize de s\u00e2nge \u0219i probe biologice.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultate surprinz\u0103toare<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.realitatea.net\/stiri\/actual\/fructul-care-imbunatateste-vederea-ajuta-la-cresterea-acuitatii-vizualebeneficiile-sale-nu-se-opresc-aici_67dbdb6f2b670051d556b962\" target=\"_blank\">Cercet\u0103torii au observat<\/a> c\u0103, \u00een cazul persoanelor care au consumat pudr\u0103 de afine, au avut loc modific\u0103ri semnificative \u00een profilul colesterolului \u0219i \u00een flora intestinal\u0103. De exemplu:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 S-a remarcat o sc\u0103dere a nivelului de colesterol LDL (colesterolul \u201er\u0103u\u201d) \u0219i a altor particule asociate riscului cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00cen intestin, s-a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere a unei bacterii benefice rare, Coriobacteriales incertae sedis, cunoscut\u0103 pentru capacitatea de a descompune polifenolii \u2013 compu\u0219i activi din afine cu efect antioxidant puternic.<\/p>\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, grupul care a primit b\u0103utura placebo a \u00eenregistrat \u0219i el unele \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri, semn c\u0103 mi\u0219carea fizic\u0103 \u0219i alimenta\u021bia atent monitorizat\u0103 au avut un rol. Totu\u0219i, modific\u0103rile au fost mai modeste dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul celor care au inclus afinele \u00een dieta zilnic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>De ce s\u0103 incluzi afinele \u00een meniul t\u0103u<\/p>\n<p>Afinele sunt bogate \u00een antociani \u2013 pigmen\u021bi naturali care le confer\u0103 nu doar culoarea albastru intens, ci \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bi antioxidante \u0219i antiinflamatorii.
