Re\u021beta pe care o recomand\u0103m este pentru 2 cozonaci mari. Un cozonac cu nuc\u0103 \u0219i cacao, iar cel\u0103lalt un cozonac cu rahat \u0219i cacao. Pentru cine prefer\u0103, poate amesteca \u0219i rahatul cu cacaoa \u0219i nuca \u00een ambii cozonaci.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>Pentru aluat:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg f\u0103in\u0103 special\u0103 pentru cozonac;500 ml lapte;6 ou\u0103;250 gr zah\u0103r;50 gr unt;50 ml ulei;50 gr de drojdie proasp\u0103t\u0103;esen\u021b\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u0219i esen\u021b\u0103 de portocal\u0103 (sau coaja de la ele);un praf de sare (dup\u0103 gust).<\/p>\n<p>Umplutura:<\/p>\n<p>6 albu\u0219uri;3-4 linguri cu cacao;rahat t\u0103iat\u00a0cubule\u021be (circa 150 gr) ;1 fiol\u0103 cu esen\u021b\u0103 de rom;150 gr nuc\u0103 pisat\u0103;150-200 gr zah\u0103r (dup\u0103 gustul fiec\u0103ruia).Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>Este indicat ca toate ingredientele s\u0103 fie \u021binute la temperatura camerei, m\u0103car cu o zi \u00eenainte de preparare. Pentru acest aluat se prepar\u0103 \u00eentr-un vas o maia, amestec\u00e2nd drojdia cu o lingur\u0103 de zah\u0103r \u0219i una de f\u0103in\u0103 \u0219i 100 ml de lapte c\u0103ldu\u021b, p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103.
