Pr\u0103jitura se coace pentru 35\u201340 de minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd blatul trece testul scobitorii.<\/p>\n<p>Imediat ce pr\u0103jitura e scoas\u0103 din cuptor, se las\u0103 5 minute s\u0103 se tempereze \u00een tav\u0103. Apoi se r\u0103stoarn\u0103 cu grij\u0103 pe un platou, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t merele caramelizate s\u0103 fie la suprafa\u021b\u0103.
