Totu\u0219i, mult\u0103 lume \u00eel \u00eendr\u0103ge\u0219te \u0219i \u00eel consum\u0103, nu doar cu aceste ocazii, ci ori de c\u00e2te ori are poft\u0103 de o pr\u0103jitur\u0103 savuroas\u0103, cum ar fi un tort de ciocolat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Tortul simplu de ciocolat\u0103, dup\u0103 cum sugereaz\u0103 \u0219i denumirea lui, este un desert care se face u\u0219or, f\u0103r\u0103 prea mult\u0103 \u00eendem\u00e2nare, foarte gustos \u0219i care poate constitui oric\u00e2nd o pr\u0103jitur\u0103 cu care po\u021bi impresiona.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0103 recomand\u0103m o re\u021bet\u0103 delicioas\u0103 de tort de ciocolat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente:<\/p>\n<p>Pentru blat:<\/p>\n<p>4 ou\u0103;4 linguri de zah\u0103r;4 linguri de fain\u0103;2 linguri de cacao;2 linguri de unt topit sau de ulei.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru crem\u0103:<\/p>\n<p>4 albu\u0219uri;4 linguri de zah\u0103r;3-4 linguri sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 dulce;2 tablete de ciocolata neagr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru sirop:<\/p>\n<p>150 ml ap\u0103;6 linguri de zah\u0103r;esen\u021b\u0103 de rom, dup\u0103 gust.Mod de preparare<\/p>\n<p>Se face blat de pandispan care o s\u0103 ias\u0103 \u00eenchis la culoare, pentru c\u0103 se pune cacao \u00een el. Se separ\u0103 albu\u0219urile de g\u0103lbenu\u0219uri \u0219i se bat spum\u0103, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu zah\u0103rul, cu ajutorul mixerului. G\u0103lbenu\u0219urile se amestec\u0103 cu untul topit \u0219i se adaug\u0103 peste albu\u0219uri. F\u0103ina \u0219i cacaoa se \u00eencorporeaz\u0103 \u0219i ele cu grij\u0103, amestec\u00e2nd u\u0219or, de jos \u00een sus, pentru a men\u021bine textura spumoas\u0103. Compozi\u021bia se toarn\u0103 \u00eentr-un vas rotund cu diametrul de 21 cm \u0219i se bag\u0103 \u00een cuptorul bine \u00eencins, pentru circa 30 de minute.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru crem\u0103, se tope\u0219te ciocolata la bain-marie \u0219i se amestec\u0103 cu sm\u00e2nt\u00e2na, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce se omogenizeaz\u0103. Compozi\u021bia ob\u021binut\u0103 se amestec\u0103 cu albu\u0219urile b\u0103tute spum\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103 cu zah\u0103rul. Trebuie amestecate u\u0219or pentru a p\u0103stra textura spumoas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Blatul trebuie f\u0103cut cu o zi \u00eenainte sau m\u0103car cu c\u00e2teva ore, pentru a se putea t\u0103ia bine. Se taie \u00een 3 felii, care se a\u0219eaz\u0103 pe c\u00e2te un platou, pentru a se putea \u00eensiropa u\u0219or. Siropul se face prin fierberea apei amestecate cu zah\u0103rul, p\u00e2n\u0103 ce d\u0103 o dat\u0103 \u00een clocot.
