Victima are 60 de ani, iar agresorul are 15 ani \u0219i am\u00e2ndoi sunt din comuna P\u0103ltini\u0219. B\u0103t\u0103u\u0219ul provine dintr-o familie dezorganizat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>B\u0103tr\u00e2nul a depus pl\u00e2ngere \u00eempotriva minorului, \u00eens\u0103 acesta a refuzat emiterea unui ordin de protec\u021bie.
