{"id":54928,"date":"2025-12-30T12:45:23","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T12:45:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/247stiri.ro\/index.php\/2025\/12\/30\/feramisu-prajitura-medicament-inventata-si-recomandata-de-cristela-georgescu-reteta\/"},"modified":"2025-12-30T12:45:23","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T12:45:23","slug":"feramisu-prajitura-medicament-inventata-si-recomandata-de-cristela-georgescu-reteta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/247stiri.ro\/index.php\/2025\/12\/30\/feramisu-prajitura-medicament-inventata-si-recomandata-de-cristela-georgescu-reteta\/","title":{"rendered":"Feramisu, pr\u0103jitura\u2011medicament inventat\u0103 \u0219i recomandat\u0103 de Cristela Georgescu &#8211; RE\u021aET\u0102"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Re\u021beta a fost creat\u0103 spontan, dup\u0103 cum a m\u0103rturisit chiar so\u021bia liderului suveranist C\u0103lin Georgescu, din dorin\u021ba de a combina un gust intens cu beneficii nutritive reale.<\/p>\n<p>Preparatul se remarc\u0103 prin faptul c\u0103 ofer\u0103 o alternativ\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 deserturilor clasice, p\u0103str\u00e2nd echilibrul dintre savoare \u0219i nutrien\u021bi esen\u021biali. \u201eFeramisu\u201d este suficient de versatil pentru a fi servit at\u00e2t la micul dejun, c\u00e2t \u0219i ca o gustare hr\u0103nitoare pe parcursul zilei.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pentru blat (vegan)<\/p>\n<p>1,5 c\u0103ni f\u0103in\u0103 de mei integral (meiul r\u00e2\u0219nit sau m\u0103cinat);\u00eentre 1,5 \u2013 2 c\u0103ni suc de m\u0103r (se poate \u0219i ap\u0103 sau orice alt lichid ori lapte vegetal; eu am folosit sucul de m\u0103r \u0219i pe post de \u00eendulcitor \u0219i pentru c\u0103 e u\u0219or acri\u0219or \u0219i d\u0103 un gust fructos);0,5 can\u0103 cocos r\u0103zuit (va absorbi \u0219i el din lichidul pe care \u00eel pune\u021bi);15 curmale (dac\u0103 vre\u021bi mai dulce, folosi\u021bi mai multe, f\u0103r\u0103 probleme); dac\u0103 nu ave\u021bi, atunci cca 30 ml sirop de agave (sau mai mult, dac\u0103 dori\u021bi mai dulce, chestie de gusturi), de\u0219i n-am nicio speran\u021b\u0103 \u00een privin\u021ba valorii nutritive \u0219i a rela\u021biei cu s\u0103n\u0103tatea a siropurilor de orice fel;Nu sunt alimente integrale, singurele pe care le folosesc cu adev\u0103rat f\u0103r\u0103 re\u021binere, lini\u0219tit\u0103;1 linguri\u021b\u0103 praf de vanilie natural\u0103 (folosesc Bourbon);op\u021bional: 1 lingur\u0103 cu v\u00e2rf de cafea instant de cereale (merge \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103);1 lingur\u0103 de pudr\u0103 de ro\u0219cove (carob);2 banane (pentru a fi pufos) sau 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de Weinstein bio.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru crem\u0103 (raw vegan)<\/p>\n<p>1,5 c\u0103ni de nuci caju uscate, puse la rehidratat c\u00e2teva ore;1 linguri\u021b\u0103 praf de vanilie;op\u021bional: pu\u021bin\u0103 esen\u021b\u0103 de rom0,5 can\u0103 suc de portocale proasp\u0103t stors (poate fi \u0219i mai mult, dac\u0103 vi se pare prea consistent\u0103 crema);0,5 can\u0103 suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie proasp\u0103t stors;2 linguri de semin\u021be chia m\u0103cinate fin;2 linguri cu v\u00e2rf de miere cremoas\u0103 (arat\u0103 ca o untur\u0103, ca o miere cristalizat\u0103, dar este de fapt foarte fin\u0103, cremoas\u0103, nu se simte deloc ca fiind cristalizat\u0103. Eu o cump\u0103r de aici);1 linguri\u021b\u0103 pudr\u0103 de ro\u0219cove pentru ornat.<\/p>\n<p>Timpul de preg\u0103tire este de 15 minute, iar cel de coacere de maximum 30 de minute. Indicat este s\u0103 folosi\u021bi o tav\u0103 m\u0103rimea A4, iar la final ve\u021bi ob\u021bine \u00een jur de 6 por\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Blatul<\/p>\n<p>Pentru blat se pun toate ingredientele \u00een blender timp de 2-3 minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 se ob\u021bine o past\u0103 mai groas\u0103, pe care o ve\u021bi turna apoi \u00een tav\u0103. Se las\u0103 la cuptor timp de 180 de grade, pentru 30 de minute, sau 200 de grade, pentru 20 de minute,<\/p>\n<p>Cheia succesului este s\u0103 \u00eensiropa\u021bi blatul dup\u0103 ce se r\u0103ce\u0219te, c\u00e2nd e c\u0103ldu\u021b. Pute\u021bi folosi suc de mere sau ap\u0103 cu miere \u0219i c\u00e2teva pic\u0103turi de esen\u021b\u0103 de rom pur (bio) sau c\u00e2teva pic\u0103turi de suc proasp\u0103t de l\u0103m\u00e2ie.<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce blatul s-a r\u0103cit complet, se adaug\u0103 crema, apoi se presar\u0103 deasupra pudra de ro\u0219cove, cernut\u0103 fin.<\/p>\n<p>Crema<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen timp ce blatul se coace, se amestec\u0103 bine toate ingredientele la blender, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se ob\u021bine o past\u0103 fin\u0103, cu textura cremoas\u0103. Apoi se las\u0103 la rece p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd e gata copt, iar c\u00e2nd blatul s-a r\u0103cit, se adaug\u0103 crema peste \u0219i se orneaz\u0103. Se las\u0103 m\u0103car o or\u0103 \u00een frigider.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u021beta a fost realizat\u0103 spontan, \u00eentr-un timp foarte scurt, dintr-o inspira\u021bie de moment.
