Dup\u0103 ce se scot din cuptor \u015fi se las\u0103 s\u0103 se r\u0103coreasc\u0103, se cur\u0103\u021b\u0103 cu un cu\u021bit de coaj\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 se ia toat\u0103 coaja (aceasta o s\u0103 fie u\u015for ars\u0103).
