Nu fierbe lichidul, ci doar \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te-l u\u0219or. \u00centr-un bol \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103tor trece f\u0103ina prin sit\u0103 \u0219i amestec-o cu sarea. Adaug\u0103 c\u00e2te pu\u021bin din amestecul de ap\u0103 cu ulei \u0219i o\u021bet, \u00een timp ce amesteci cu un tel sau o spatul\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd se formeaz\u0103 aluatul.<\/p>\n<p>Vei ob\u021bine un aluat u\u0219or ferm pe care \u00eel mai fr\u0103m\u00e2n\u021bi pu\u021bin \u0219i pe masa pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu f\u0103in\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Pune aluatul \u00eenapoi \u00een bol, acoper\u0103 bolul cu folie de prospe\u021bime \u0219i las\u0103-l \u00een frigider pentru cel pu\u021bin o or\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Cum prepari umplutura pentru \u0219trudel<\/p>\n<p>Sec\u021bioneaz\u0103 dovleacul \u00een felii \u0219i cur\u0103\u021b\u0103-le de semin\u021bele \u0219i de coaj\u0103, dup\u0103 care taie feliile de dovleac \u00een cuburi micu\u021be. A\u0219az\u0103 o cr\u0103ticioar\u0103 pe flac\u0103ra aragazului \u0219i pune \u00een ea zah\u0103rul cu untul \u0219i o lingur\u0103 de ap\u0103 rece. A\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 se topeasc\u0103 untul \u0219i zah\u0103rul apoi adaug\u0103 cuburile de dovleac. Las\u0103-le s\u0103 se caramelizeze pentru 10-12 minute, amestec\u00e2ndu-le constant pentru o caramelizare uniform\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Mod de preparare:<\/p>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a scoate aluatul de la rece porne\u0219te cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius.<\/p>\n<p>R\u0103stoarn\u0103 aluatul pe masa de lucru pres\u0103rat\u0103 cu pu\u021bin\u0103 fain\u0103 \u0219i \u00eemparte-l \u00een trei p\u0103r\u021bi. \u00cemparte \u0219i compozi\u021bia de dovleac cu nuci tot \u00een trei p\u0103r\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Cu ajutorul sucitorului \u00eentinde fiecare parte de aluat \u00eentr-o foaie dreptunghiular\u0103 de aproximativ 35\/50 cm. Folose\u0219te o pensul\u0103 de patiserie \u0219i unge foile de aluat cu unt topit\u00a0 \u0219i r\u0103cit. Presar\u0103 cuburile de dovleac cu nuci \u0219i scor\u021bi\u0219oar\u0103 peste foaia de aluat, apoi ruleaz-o str\u00e2ns. Repet\u0103 procedeul \u0219i cu celelalte foi de aluat, apoi a\u0219az\u0103 rulourile \u00eentr-o tav\u0103 tapetat\u0103 cu h\u00e2rtie de copt.
