Amestec\u0103 bine, p\u00e2n\u0103 se omogenizeaz\u0103. \u00centr-un alt bol, combin\u0103 f\u0103ina, praful de copt, scor\u021bi\u0219oara \u0219i sarea. Cernerea ingredientelor uscate ajut\u0103 la evitarea cocoloa\u0219elor \u0219i asigur\u0103 o textur\u0103. Unge o form\u0103 de chec (aproximativ 25\u00d710 cm) cu ulei sau unt \u0219i presar\u0103 pu\u021bin\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103 pentru a preveni lipirea.<\/p>\n<p>Toarn\u0103 compozi\u021bia \u00een form\u0103 \u0219i niveleaz\u0103 suprafa\u021ba. Coace timp de 45-50 de minute sau p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd o scobitoare introdus\u0103 \u00een mijloc iese curat\u0103. Las\u0103 apoi checul s\u0103 se r\u0103ceasc\u0103 \u00een form\u0103 timp de 10 minute, apoi scoate-l pe un gr\u0103tar.
